Responsibilities ;
1. Student Engagement & Consultation
- Contact prospective students via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Provide clear and accurate information about Diploma, Degree, Master’s, and PhD programmes.
- Identify student needs and recommend suitable academic pathways.
- Respond to inquiries professionally with warmth, clarity, and confidence.
2. Sales & Closing
- Build rapport and trust with prospects to increase conversion chances.
- Conduct consultation sessions and successfully close registrations.
- Follow up with prospects consistently until they enrol.
- Achieve monthly intake targets set by the institution.
3. Admission Support
- Assist applicants in preparing required documents.
- Screen and verify eligibility before submission to the admission unit.
- Guide students on registration fee payments and next steps.
- Provide access instructions for student portals and onboarding processes.
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain positive relationships with new students for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Represent IUC’s brand and values through excellent communication.
- Gather feedback from students and channel it to the management team.
