Job Summary:
The Order Processing & Logistics Executive is responsible for handling customer orders, preparing delivery documentation, and coordinating order processing across POSM, retail, and e-commerce channels. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer-specific delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create delivery notes (DN) and gate passes for all orders
• Perform manual DN creation for POSM and e-commerce orders
• Prepare delivery documents in accordance with customer requirements
• Attach and verify supporting documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and price tags
• Create job files for each order based on respective cut-off times
• Update WAL weight information accurately in the system
• Process e-commerce orders during the morning shift
• Assist officers in handling and processing customer orders
• Print Purchase Orders and price tags for orders
• Handle customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
• Ensure all order documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in order processing, logistics, or administrative support is an advantage
• Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
• Familiar with delivery documentation such as PO, DO, DN, and gate pass
• Able to handle manual documentation with high accuracy
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet cut-off deadlines
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle multiple order channels

Working Hours:

• 8.30am - 5.30pm (working Saturday : 8.30am - 1.30pm)
• 8.30am - 6.30pm (Saturday off)
• Rotational every week
• 2 working Saturday per month
• Flexibility may be required during peak operational periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
