Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage office documents (invoices, bills, correspondence, files).
- Manage data entry and update company records.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Responsible for handling administrative and operational tasks of the company.
- Handle general administrative matters, correspondence, document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Assist with office-related tasks as required.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in a related field.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
- Working experience in administration is an advantage.
- Able to start work immediately (if required).
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: Off
Public holidays: Off ( Follow Malaysia and Selangor state public holidays )

Tanggungjawab:
- Menyediakan dan mengurus dokumen pejabat (invois, bil, surat-menyurat, fail).
- Mengurus data dan kemas kini rekod syarikat.
- Membantu urusan harian pentadbiran dan operasi pejabat.
- Melaksanakan tugas tambahan yang diarahkan oleh penyelia.
- Bertanggungjawab melaksanakan tugas-tugas admin dan operasi syarikat
- Melaksanakan hal berkaitan pentadbiran, urusan surat-menyurat, penyediaan dokumen yang berkaitan, tugas-tugas pentadbiran am, kerja-kerja data entry, & dokumentasi
- Membantu urusan kerja yang berkaitan di Pejabat
- Menjawab telefon & email
- Lain-lain tugas diberi dari semasa ke semasa
Kelayakan:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan.
- Boleh menggunakan komputer (Microsoft Word, Excel, dan e-mel).
- Berdisiplin, teliti dan boleh bekerja dalam kumpulan.
- Pengalaman kerja dalam bidang pentadbiran diutamakan.
- Boleh mula kerja segera (jika perlu).
Waktu Bekerja:
- Isnin – Jumaat: 8.00 pagi – 5.00 petang
- Sabtu & Ahad: Cuti
- Cuti umum: Cuti ( Mengikut cuti umum Malaysia & Negeri Selangor )
