Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage office documents (invoices, bills, correspondence, files).
  • Manage data entry and update company records.
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Responsible for handling administrative and operational tasks of the company.
  • Handle general administrative matters, correspondence, document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist with office-related tasks as required.
  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in a related field.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
  • Working experience in administration is an advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately (if required).

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday: Off

Public holidays: Off ( Follow Malaysia and Selangor state public holidays )

Tanggungjawab:

  • Menyediakan dan mengurus dokumen pejabat (invois, bil, surat-menyurat, fail).
  • Mengurus data dan kemas kini rekod syarikat.
  • Membantu urusan harian pentadbiran dan operasi pejabat.
  • Melaksanakan tugas tambahan yang diarahkan oleh penyelia.
  • Bertanggungjawab melaksanakan tugas-tugas admin dan operasi syarikat
  • Melaksanakan hal berkaitan pentadbiran, urusan surat-menyurat, penyediaan dokumen yang berkaitan, tugas-tugas pentadbiran am, kerja-kerja data entry, & dokumentasi
  • Membantu urusan kerja yang berkaitan di Pejabat
  • Menjawab telefon & email
  • Lain-lain tugas diberi dari semasa ke semasa

Kelayakan:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan.
  • Boleh menggunakan komputer (Microsoft Word, Excel, dan e-mel).
  • Berdisiplin, teliti dan boleh bekerja dalam kumpulan.
  • Pengalaman kerja dalam bidang pentadbiran diutamakan.
  • Boleh mula kerja segera (jika perlu).

Waktu Bekerja:

  • Isnin – Jumaat: 8.00 pagi – 5.00 petang
  • Sabtu & Ahad: Cuti
  • Cuti umum: Cuti ( Mengikut cuti umum Malaysia & Negeri Selangor )
