CRM Operations & Data Health
- Draft persuasive and emotional email/WhatsApp content based on the brand's voice and the specific needs of each donor segment
- Handle daily data entry and updates to ensure donor records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular data cleaning (removing invalid records) and assist in tagging and segmenting supporters for targeted campaigns.
Retention & Re-engagement Outreach
- Conduct follow-ups with existing supporters to encourage continued monthly giving and deeper engagement.
- Share campaign updates and success stories with supporters to demonstrate the value of their contributions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on outreach volume, response times, and the success rate of weekly blasting and monthly active user.
- Track common supporter feedback or recurring issues to help the Leader improve the overall communication strategy.
Supporter Engagement & Inbound Care
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries via Email, WhatsApp, and Social Media, ensuring a friendly and professional tone.
- Inquiry Management: Efficiently route specialized questions (e.g., Tax/Refunds to Finance, Hiring to HR) and follow up with internal teams to ensure the supporter gets a timely answer.
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Project teams to resolve supporter issues, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Requirement
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Email Marketing.
- Ability to quickly master CRM software
- High Attention to Detail
- Basic Data Skills: Comfortable working with Excel and basic customer lists.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
