Content Creation & Storytelling
- Create high-quality, platform-specific content (TikTok, Reels, threads, FB and/ or YouTube) including short-form videos, images, and captions.
- Create compellingstorytelling to build deep trust with the audience, turning complex crowdfunding issues into relatable and urgent causes.
- Research current trends and audience preferences to create "viral-potential" content that maximizes reach while maintaining brand integrity.
Social Media Management & Growth
- Manage social media accounts and execute the content calendar with consistency.
- Design and implement social media strategies that align with business goals—focusing on increasing followers, engagement, and crowdfunding.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand awareness and build external credibility.
- Stay updated on the latest algorithm changes, features, and trends across all platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Track and report on key objectives like engagement rates, reach, and Conversion
Team Collaboration & Operations
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams
Requirement
- 1–3 years of experience managing professional social media accounts
- Basic skills in any editing/ designing tools, like CapCut or Canva
- Comfortable and naturally charismatic on camera, building a personal connection with the audience
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
