Network Support Engineer – Security (TAC)

Location: Bukit Jalil

Salary: Up to RM10,000

What you’ll be doing

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for networking & security technologies
• Troubleshoot Firewall, VPN, Email & Web Security issues
• Perform root cause analysis and deliver effective solutions
• Work closely with global clients and cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvements and stay ahead of new technologies

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in Japanese & English (client-facing role)
• 3–6 years in Technical Support / Security / Networking
• Strong knowledge of Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS & network security
• Good understanding of Routing & Switching fundamentals
• Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSec, SSL VPN, etc.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience (Wireshark is a plus!)
• Basic Python knowledge is an added advantage
• CCNA level or above
