Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Procurement Executive di Smartlink Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new material locally and overseas. Always organize dual-sourcing with competitive supply advantage.
• Analyze material demand and define right vendor (s) for right material. Propose new vendor (s) for approval if required.
• Negotiate with selected vendor for material best offer with material premium quality.
• Participate in new vendor (s) assessment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Quality in data collection to determine selected approved vendor’s performance for review for improvements.
• Participate in annual audit of selected approved vendor.
• Maintain 5S.
• Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma / degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Min. of 2~3 years in purchasing.
• Computer literate (Good in data computation using Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
• Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated.
• Team-oriented with high integrity and sensitive to cost factor.
