Location: Elmina Business Park, Sungai Buloh
Salary: RM5,500 – RM7,400 per month
About The Role
Seruni Global Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Marketing Director with a strong background in the F&B industry to lead the marketing strategy and growth of our brands.
This position is strictly for candidates with proven experience in F&B marketing. Candidates without F&B industry experience will not be considered.
We are looking for someone who understands outlet marketing, product launches, promotional campaigns, customer acquisition, brand building, and F&B consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall marketing direction and execution for F&B brands under the company
- Develop annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and growth strategies
- Plan, manage, and execute nationwide marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Lead product launch campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Develop strategies to increase sales, customer traffic, brand awareness, and customer retention
- Analyze outlet performance and recommend marketing initiatives to improve revenue
- Manage and lead the Marketing, Creative, Content, and Social Media teams
- Build and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, media partners, celebrities, artists, and brand ambassadors
- Source and execute strategic collaborations with brands, organizations, and corporate partners
- Plan and oversee grand openings, outlet launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and activation events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the F&B industry
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms
- Ensure all branding, messaging, and marketing materials remain consistent across all channels
- Track campaign performance, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition costs
- Prepare marketing reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations for management
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources
- Work closely with Operations, Product Development, and Management teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within the F&B industry
- MUST have experience working with restaurant chains, café chains, franchise brands, food service brands, or multi outlet F&B businesses
- Strong track record in planning and executing successful F&B marketing campaigns
- Experience handling product launches, outlet openings, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience managing influencers, KOL campaigns, media partnerships, and brand collaborations
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing and customer behavior within the F&B industry
- Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Able to work in a fast paced and results driven environment
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience from brands such as café chains, restaurant groups, franchise businesses, QSR brands, beverage brands, or large scale F&B operators are highly encouraged to apply.
