Job Title: Partner Account Operations Manager (PAOM)

We are hiring a Partner Account Operations Manager (PAOM) for a leading multinational organization in Malaysia. This role is ideal for professionals with strong project management and data analysis experience who are passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting business growth

.Key Responsibilities

• :Manage operational projects and support strategic business initiatives
• .Analyze business and account performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• .Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
• .Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• .Prepare presentations and reports for management and key stakeholders
• .Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives
• .Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks and escalations
• .Support change management activities and business transformation projects
• .Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to projects and operational activities

.Requirements

• :Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field
• .Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• .Hands-on experience with Power BI
• .Excellent communication and presentation skills
• .Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
• .Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
• .Experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

.Preferred Skills

• :Automation experience (Power Automate, VBA, Python, RPA tools, or similar)
• .Experience working in a customer-facing or partner-facing environment
• .Knowledge of change management methodologies
