Responsibilities
• Assist daily accounting and data entry tasks
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and official receipts
• Record and update accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system
• Assist in bank reconciliation and account verification
• Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Assist in staff claims and reimbursement checking
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field and willing to work in Setia Alam
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience using Quickbooks accounting software is an added advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills
