Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent 
• Prior experience in catering, F&B, or events is an advantage 
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours 
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours 
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Event Setup & Preparation

• Assist in setting up buffet lines, dining areas, tables, chairs, and decorations 
• Ensure all equipment, utensils, and food stations are properly arranged 
• Check cleanliness and readiness before event starts

Food & Beverage Service

• Serve food and beverages to guests professionally 
• Refill buffet trays and ensure food availability at all times 
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards 

1. Customer Service

• Greet guests politely and assist with their needs 
• Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally 
• Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience 

Event Support

• Coordinate with kitchen and event supervisors 
• Follow instructions from team leaders during events 
• Handle basic issues or escalate to supervisor when needed

Clean-Up & Closing

• Clear tables and clean dining areas 
• Assist in packing and storing equipment after event 
• Ensure venue is left clean and organized
