Full Time QA EXECUTIVE, SECTION 26 Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Agensi Perkerjaan Shue Shah Alam - Maukerja

• Plan and monitor the daily operations of the QA Department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure product compliance with specified requirements and standards.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or non-conformances, overseeing corrective actions to achieve effective problem resolution.
• Conduct product recall/mock product recall and traceability of affected lots when necessary.
• Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with customer requirements, legal standards, and certified systems.
• Establish and maintain a customer complaint system, analyzing and understanding customer requirements/specifications, and effectively communicating them to relevant production departments.
• Coordinate periodic reviews to monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
• Perform suppliers' evaluations to ensure the selection of qualified suppliers to support production activities.
• Approve product, process, and equipment qualifications.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
