Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fleet & Strategic Planning

a) Purchase new vehicles.

b) Compliance with various authorities such as PUSPAKOM (inspection), SPAD (permits), JPJ (road tax).

c) Perform re-fleeting exercise for retail operations including disposal of vehicles.

d) Manage special accounts:

  • ALM
  • Poslaju
  • PEMANDU
  • MHI

2. Maintenance

a) Appointment of vendor.

b) Perform vehicle costing before establishing the lease rates.

c) Monitoring of vehicle repair status to achieve the turnaround target.

d) Credit facility monitoring all vendors.

e) Coordinate vehicle service & repair appointment with various vendors.

f) Process PR, PO and invoice for all repair transaction.

3. Logistics

a) Perform stock count on daily basis.

b) Update the movement of replacement and standby vehicles.

c) Perform vehicle exchange with customers for service, repair as well as PUSPAKOM inspection.

4. Special Projects

a) Assist government and government linked companies’ projects.

b) Installation & maintenance of CCTV.

c) CarPro system for fleet management.

d) Conduct various training:

  • Enterprise risk management
  • Power point presentation

5. Others

a) Manage the enterprise risk management for the company.

b) Manage the HICOM Management System (HMS) for the company.

c) Quality management system – ISO 9001:2008.

d) Safety & health – submission of monthly IROSHE Data.

  • Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.

Requirements:

a) In-depth knowledge of auto rental and leasing programs.

b) Strong business acumen and experience in automotive industry would be an added advantage.

c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of sales management in a professional and effective manner.

d) Critical thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

e) Must posses good analytical, organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.

f) Monitoring – monitoring/assessing performance of own, other individuals, organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

g) Excellent communication skills Bahasa Malaysia and English.

h) Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
