SCOPE OF ROLE:
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner. Support kitchen team in the day-to-day operation by performing administrational tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inform the kitchen Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters.
- Maintain and coordinate management calendars for Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
- Coordinate internal meetings and manage calendars for kitchen team.
- Correspond with Outlet PICs and HR/Payroll to ensure proper tracking of staff overtime, leaves of absence, and attendance discrepancies which include the relevant disciplinary documents.
- Compile training plans and that includes on the job training sessions for kitchen Department team.
- Attend and contribute to weekly kitchen departmental meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
- Request office supplies from Purchasing and monitor inventory for replenishment.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen Administration office.
- Support the smooth running of the Food & Beverage departments on a day to day basis and support effective communication within and between departments.
- Identify, rectify or report kitchen equipment malfunctions.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
