Position Overview:

Seeking a skilled Warehouse Executive to manage and oversee our warehouse operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient warehouse functioning, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading a team to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and guiding warehouse personnel, including job assignments, training, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, delivery, receiving, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Manage general office administration tasks, such as maintenance, purchasing, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (GDPMD) and ISO standards and adhere to all relevant regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers, shipping agents, and service providers to optimise cost and service efficiency.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organised work areas, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock levels based on demand forecasts.
• Provide administrative support to interdependent companies and coordinate outsourced services
• Ensure products are well-maintained before arranging delivery
• Monitor and implement schedules for outsourced services, such as security and cleaning, to ensure efficient operations and a safe building environment
• Ensure all shipping and delivery documents are accurately maintained and updated in accordance with standard procedures.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports and analyses as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse management, ability to supervise personnel, and forklift handling skills (preferred).
