Job description:
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
Working in collaboration with the other department.
Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
Provide support and assistance to teammates in daily operations and assigned task.
Assist in handling complaints of the clients.
Collect, compile and organize new client registration forms for record-keeping
Taking feedbacks from the clients.
Update and maintain client master list regularly
Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns/ products.
Prepare and monitor service level agreement for new business and renewal client.
Prepare a monthly utilization report for clients.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good presentation skills, client relationship, energy level, negotiation, prospecting skills, meeting goals, creativity and independence.
