Job Description:

  • Assist in daily accounting and administrative operations.

  • Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and related documentation.

  • Handle data entry and update accounting records accurately.

  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

  • Support general office administration and coordination tasks.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1 – 2 years of working experience in accounting or administrative roles.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Familiarity with SQL Accounting System is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
