Job description:
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and keep it tidy and organized.
- Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Register visitors and ensure office security procedures are followed.
- Answer general inquiries about the company.
Communication & Coordination
- Answer and transfer phone calls.
- Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner.
- Take and relay messages to the relevant staff.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
- Send meeting reminders when required.
Mail & Travel Arrangements
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and parcels.
- Arrange outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, and transportation bookings for staff business trips.
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and record keeping.
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and contact lists.
- Monitor office assets and company vehicles, including maintenance, insurance, road tax, and fuel records.
- Ensure office supplies and pantry items are adequately stocked.
- Report office maintenance or equipment issues when necessary.
- Monitor attendance and work schedules of support staff, including cleaners, security personnel, and office assistants.
Event & Meeting Support
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange meeting materials, venue setup, and catering when required.
- Provide administrative support during events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Mathematics and English
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
