ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Payable & Receivable

AITO Firework Holding Sdn Bhd is expanding our finance team. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and committed Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, especially in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Follow up customer payments and maintain proper collection records.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payment arrangement.
• Perform bank reconciliation and update accounting records accurately.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reports, and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and support audit/tax matters when required.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, internal departments, auditors, and tax agents.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures, payable, and receivable.
• Able to use accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, organized, honest, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
