- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content formats.
- Basic skills in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for content and storytelling.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other social media platforms.
- Assist in content planning, ideation, and trend research.
- Film, edit, and produce short-form video content.
- Write captions, hooks, and content copy tailored to different platforms.
- Participate in content shoots, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content creation.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Support the team in managing content calendars and posting schedules.
- Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and influencer teams on campaign content.
