Kerja INTERNSHIP - ADMIN, Gaji tinggi MYR 800 di PORT KLANG CRUISE TERMINAL SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Manage filing systems, records, and document organization.
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars.
• Support correspondence via email, phone calls, and internal communications.
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and corporate activities.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and special projects assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Public Administration, Administrative Science, Corporate Admin, Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to support.
• Candidates residing nearby or within Pulau Indah will be given preference.
• RM600 Monthly Allowance = Diploma. RM800 Monthly Allowance - Degree.
