• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote JOLS Luxe Fabrics products.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
• Assist in designing basic marketing materials, including posters, banners, and promotional content.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Support photo and video content creation for marketing purposes.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
• Assist the sales team by introducing products, following up with customer inquiries, and supporting sales-related activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva and Capcut.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and handling basic sales inquiries.
• Sales-oriented mindset and willing to support sales activities to help achieve company targets.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
