Job Summary:

  • Warehouse operations management, and space utilization planning to support the efficient operation warehouse facilities. Oversee daily activities, manage teams, ensure compliance with service level agreements, optimize space usage, and drive continuous improvement in all operational processes.

Responsibility:

  • Plan and allocate manpower resources based on operational demands and business needs.
  • Drive warehouse efficiency and implementing process improvements.
  • Manage departmental cost planning, monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for costs savings.
  • Address and resolve customers’ queries on day-to-day operational matters in a timely manner.
  • Attend and present at KPI review with clients to ensure alignment with the service level agreements.
  • Develop and implement departmental training plans to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Manage and supervise customer service officers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Conduct training for new employees to ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to SOPs.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach, actively participating in warehouse activities as required.
  • Fulfil any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse operations and space utilization planning.
  • Mastery in planning and execution of warehouse operations.
  • Mastery in manpower allocation planning and training program development.
  • Knowledge of industry certifications including TAPA, GMP, GDP, Halal, and other relevant standards.
  • Experience in conducting operational risk assessments and implementing control measures.
  • Knowledge of innovation strategies and employment of relevant warehouse technology.
  • Atleast 3 years of experience in a managerial level role Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage departmental profit and loss.
  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Flexible to work extended hours if needed. Preferrable who have proven experience in 3rd party logistics (3PL) Operations.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
