Responsible for overseeing internal and external quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing customer and internal complaints. Ensures effective in-process quality documentation and compliance with quality procedures, while leading and supervising the quality inspection team to maintain high product standards.
- Responsible for preparing quality reports on potential or actual product and process abnormalities.
- Analyze measurement data to identify abnormalities, detect trends, and predict potential issues.
- Manage customer complaints related to non-conformities in the painting process and ensure timely resolution and feedback within the agreed timeframe.
- Investigate customer feedback and complaints to determine root causes and address customer requirements, needs, and expectations.
- Participate in resolving internal and external quality issues and complaints.
- Review issues identified during routine sampling, determine root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure all actions outlined in CPAR reports are executed and evaluate their effectiveness in a timely manner.
- Verify and confirm non-conforming parts.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, inspection standards, and check sheets related to product operations and processes.
- Ensure inspections and testing are conducted promptly and in accordance with customer requirements and the quality control system.
