Drawing Compliance: Ensure all construction and fit-out works strictly follow approved interior design layouts, elevations, and structural drawings.

Contractor Management: Supervise the daily activities of subcontractors (e.g., carpenters, electricians, painters) and coordinate their schedules to prevent bottlenecks.

Site Meetings: Conduct and attend regular briefings or toolbox meetings to align the team on daily targets.

Defect Rectification: Conduct routine site walkthroughs to identify poor workmanship, defects, or deviations from the design.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the finishes, fixtures, and installations meet the client’s and company's quality standards.

Progress Tracking: Monitor the daily and weekly progress against the project timeline (Gantt charts) to ensure on-time delivery.

Material Control: Verify incoming materials, oversee proper storage on-site, and minimize material wastage.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety practices, ensure housekeeping is maintained, and ensure workers have the necessary protective equipment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a professional certificate in building construction

• Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues

• Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claim, etc

• Attend site meetings with site agent & sub-contractors

• Strong communication skills

• Must be willing to work at out-station

• Possess own transport and willing to travel

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
