Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases, records, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Enter Material Requisition (MR) into the CRM system accurately and timely.
  • Obtain quotations from suppliers and conduct quotation comparisons and evaluations.
  • Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Follow up with the Accounts Department regarding supplier payments.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in Administration or a related field.
  • Candidates with 1 to 5 years of working experience in purchasing or procurement preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and purchasing systems.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
