Job Description

  • To render support to daily procurement & purchasing assignments
  • To coordinate purchasing activities with cross-functional teams
  • To assist in documentation preparation & filing
  • To assist in the preparation of quotations & purchase order
  • To ensure all purchase execution are compliance to Policies & Procedures
  • To carry out any ad-hoc tasks that is being assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work at OWG HQ (Glenmarie, Shah Alam)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
