Human Resources Executive

Location: Sungai Buloh

Company: SERUNI GLOBAL SDN BHD (KOPI SAIGON)

Salary: RM3,300 – RM4,500 per month

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, and placement.
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in developing and monitoring departmental KPIs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
• Provide support in handling employee relations, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and assist in workforce data analysis.
• Contribute to HR digitalization initiatives and process automation.
• Assist with HRDC claims and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support employer branding and internal communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor law and industrial relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with HR software is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
