The Finance, Accounting & ERP Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial and accounting operations while ensuring effective utilization of the ERP system to support accurate reporting, compliance, and business process efficiency. This role bridges finance operations with system functionality to improve overall financial control and operational performance.

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

• Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities during audits and filings

• Support daily ERP system operations related to finance and accounting modules

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ERP system

• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with IT or vendor support when needed

• Assist in ERP system implementation, upgrades, and process improvements

• Maintain and improve finance workflows within ERP for better efficiency and accuracy

• Train users and provide guidance on ERP finance processes

• Analyze financial and operational data from ERP system to support decision-making

• Identify gaps in current processes and propose improvements or automation

• Ensure integration between finance processes and other departments via ERP

• Prepare management reports and dashboards using ERP data

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years (or more) experience in accounting/finance role with ERP exposure

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SQL, SAP, Oracle, AutoCount or similar)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
