Tanggungjawab

  • Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and released to production on time.

  • Prepare delivery documents, including Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Shipping Labels.

  • Prepare all production-related documents, including production records, formulas, labels, product sticker and update stock card.

  • Prepare and maintain Product Specifications and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

  • Update and maintain company records and operational data in the system.

  • Maintain and update ISO 9001-related documentation and records.

  • Ensure proper document control, filing, and record retention in compliance with company procedures.

  • Perform general administrative duties and document filing.

  • Handle monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) closing activities.

  • Issue monthly statements to customers.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, logistics, and administration.

  • Assist with other accounting, administrative, and operational tasks as assigned.

  • Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting System will be an added advantage.

  • Experience working in an ISO 9001-certified environment is preferred.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare professional documents, specifications, SDS, and customer correspondence.
