Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,300

Location: Elmina Business Park

Job Type: Full-time, Overtime Provided

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record daily inventory stock in & out accurately.
• Prepare and submit sales and payment reports from all branches.
• Maintain and update inventory and sales records in a systematic and organized manner.
• Handle documentation, filing, and general administrative duties.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in administration, inventory control, or data entry is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
