• Responsible for monthly payroll processing, i.e: upload payroll data file into the bank crediting of salary and statutory online payment, and update employees personal information.
• Responsible for payroll statutory i.e KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF and matters related monthly salary
• Prepare annual EA form & income tax filling
• Responsible for the issuance of employment, performance appraisal, confirmation, disciplinary, promotion/ increment letters.
• Responsible to send timely reminder to all managers on probation due.
• Update and checking the HR data (i,e: employment records and leave entitlements) on the HR system.
• Support/ guide the staff of all medical/ hospitalization insurance related matters.
• Ensure monthly enrolment/termination submitted on time the insurance company.
• Planning of company events or activities.
• Responsible for administrative related tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business - Studies / Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Well versed with Employment Act 1955
• Independent and excellent organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
