Sepenuh Masa Executive - Technical Trainer (Training) Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in SUZUKI MALAYSIA SDN BHD Shah Alam - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct product, technical and riding training programs
• Develop training materials, manuals and training agenda
• Conduct training sessions on new product knowledge, maintenance and repair
• Evaluate training effectiveness and participants’ competency levels
• Assess training needs and assist in developing training curriculum for different models
• Plan and manage classroom training, workshops and e-learning programs
• Support training administration and coordination including venue arrangements
• Collaborate with academic institutions to recruit internship students
• Conduct research on technical information to improve training quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Training & Development, preferably in technical or sales training
• Possess technical knowledge and training facilitation experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Passionate in training and familiar with various training methods (e-learning, performance-based training)
• Presentable, mature and independent with good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
