We are seeking an employee to join our team in an administrative role:

Requirements

  • Have background skills in administration tasks.
  • Good computer knowledge and intermediate skills in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Can communicate well in English (both in speaking and writing)
  • Able to handle office coordination tasks
  • Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Have a driving license and own transportation
  • Able to work in Bintulu, Sarawak
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise site operation/safety documents
  • Track employee attendance and work hours
  • Handle correspondence with clients and suppliers
  • Manage material procurement and stock records
  • Maintain and organise financial documents (invoices, receipts, etc.)
  • Manage Visa-related documents for workers in Sarawak
  • Handle for company car management (car services, road tax, insurance, etc.)

Job type : Full-time

Salary Range

  • RM 1,800 - RM 2,500

Working Time

  • Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
