Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Previous experience in wedding planning, event management, or hospitality is an advantage. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. 
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their wedding or event requirements, theme, budget, and expectations. 
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized event packages. 
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of weddings and events from start to finish. 
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, including caterers, decorators, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, and entertainers. 
• Create event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure smooth event execution. 
• Coordinate venue setup, guest seating arrangements, and event logistics. 
• Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the planning process. 
• Oversee event operations before, during, and after the event. 
• Resolve any issues or last-minute changes professionally and efficiently. 
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Prepare post-event reports and maintain proper documentation. 
• Support marketing and sales activities to promote wedding and event packages. 
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets set by the company.
