We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily HR and administrative operations. This role is suitable for candidates who are organised, willing to learn, and able to handle routine administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in HR and administrative processes.
  • Able to handle and monitor HR & Admin activities.
  • Familiar with PO (Purchase Order) process and monitoring.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to manage documentation and daily administrative tasks.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, HR or related field
  • 1–2 years of admin experience (HR exposure is an advantage)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to follow instructions
  • Good communication and positive working attitude

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
