Responsibilities & Authorities

• Receive customs declaration documents and forms from Customer Service Import (CSI) and Customer Service Export (CSE).
• Prepare and submit customs declaration forms to the Customs Department and ensure timely approval of all declarations.
• Prioritize urgent shipments to ensure prompt customs clearance and declaration processing.
• Prepare import and export customs declarations through the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system.
• Coordinate cargo submission for customs examination and sealing when required, ensuring examined cargo is properly managed and maintained.
• Process duty and tax payments by submitting cheques payable to the Customs Department and verifying payment accuracy.
• Maintain and update daily records of all approved import and export shipments.
• Distribute customs documentation and official customs receipts to the Customer Service Export team for shipment arrangement.
• Organize and sort shipping documents, attach Delivery Orders, and submit complete documentation to the Traffic Department for delivery processing.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or immediate supervisors.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
