What You’ll Do:

You won’t just be getting coffee here. You will be deeply embedded in our HR ecosystem, driving initiatives that shape our culture. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Data Tracking & Reporting: Design and build visual dashboards to help us track key HR metrics. You’ll turn excel data into clean, meaningful stories that help us make better people decisions.
• Wellbeing Initiatives: Take the lead on coordinating our employee wellbeing initiatives. Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of guidance and support from our senior team members!
• Creative Communications: Flex your design and communication skills by creating compelling, creative communication media and for internal campaigns and for our external branding.
• Talent Attraction: Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to dream up and execute initiatives that attract top young talent to our organization.
• Graduate Program Support: Get end-to-end exposure to our young talent graduate programs—assisting with everything from program design and recruitment to assessments and onboarding.
• Agile Support: Tackle other tasks and special projects delegated by your manager. Every day is a learning opportunity!

Who You Are:

• You know your way around Excel: You don't need to be a macro wizard, but you are comfortable organizing data, using formulas, and setting up clean spreadsheets.
• You have a visual eye: You are the person in university group projects who naturally takes over designing the presentation slides and creating visuals because you hate ugly layouts. You know how to make posters and slides that capture attention.
• You have confident speaking skills: You can articulate your thoughts, present ideas, and connect with people across different walks of life.
• You are fiercely curious & people-focused: You ask "why?", love figuring out how things work, and have a genuine passion for creating meaningful experiences for others.
