ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource & Admin Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR Operations, recruitment, employee administration, and office management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, reports and other documentation.
  • Coordinate training, meetings and company events.
  • Support payroll and attendance administration.
  • Handle general administrative and office duties.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the HR & Administration Department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
