Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
  • Perform cycle counts and stock audits
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Inbound & Outbound Operations
  • Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders and deliveries
  • Verify goods against documentation (DO, invoice, etc.)
  • System & Documentation
  • Update transactions in WMS systems
  • Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents
  • Generate reports on stock movement and operational performance
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with internal departments (Customer Service, Transport, Operations)
  • Escalate operational issues promptly
  • Team Support & Supervision
  • Guide warehouse assistants/operators on daily tasks
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions
  • Support manpower planning and task allocation
  • Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards
  • Conduct basic safety checks and enforce PPE usage
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
