• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Organize and store inventory in the designated areas safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Issue materials and products to relevant departments upon request and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requisitions when inventory is low.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area.
• Prepare inventory reports and submit them to the management regularly.
• Follow company standards for health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance departments for timely documentation and reporting.
