Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

  • Measurement, taking off and preparation of bills of quantities of all building and infrastructure work elements.
  • Preparation of tender documents and contract documents for both main and sub cont.
  • Assist in tender evaluation , interview and award process
  • Attend site, client & consultant meeting
  • Evaluate & carry out cost benefit analysis.
  • Attend site valuation and prepare interim and final valuation certification.
  • Assist in the preparation of variation order.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly forecast cost to complete report
  • Responsible for both and post contract phases of the project Trans
  • Verification of project costing documents
  • Advising superiors on contract details
  • Handling multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
