We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Warehouse Administrator to assist in daily warehouse operations while ensuring effective coordination between the warehouse team, operations, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day warehouse activities
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all documents (Delivery Orders, invoices, stock reports)
• Liaise with warehouse personnel, transporters, and clients on operational matters
• Track stock movements and assist with periodic stock counts
• Perform data entry and ensure all system records are accurate and up to date
• Assist in both internal and external audit processes

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative roles
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
