Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Manager to oversee and manage the company's IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure while supporting business objectives through effective technology solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage IT projects, vendors, and support services in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Maintain and support servers, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user computing.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, software licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure data security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to employees while managing the IT support function.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Windows Server and Active Directory
• Networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls)
• Cloud technologies
• Cybersecurity best practices
• IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Experience managing IT infrastructure and supporting business operations.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure, PMP, etc.) are an advantage.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
