 INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME – HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a growing Interior Design company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities for Interior Design and project-based roles 
• Support onboarding process for office and site-based staff 
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation 
• Assist with attendance, leave records, and basic HR administration
• Support daily HR and office operations in a design & project-driven environment
   

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields 
• Interest in the Interior Design / construction-related industry is an added advantage 
• Good communication and organizational skills 
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn 
• Internship duration: minimum 3 – 8 months
