Kerja Sepenuh Masa Labour Controller, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di Palmhead Management & Consultancy Sarawak - Maukerja

• Managing and looking after the welfare of both local & foreign workers in the estate.
• Controlling the estate’s labour force including mandays updating / problems encountered
• To maintain a close collaboration and to establish a good communication channel between workers and the Company as to ensure that worker’s voices are heard.
• Providing education and counseling session for workers when deem necessary.
• To conduct briefings and guidelines on legal regulations and Company’s policy to workers.
• To maintain a high degree of self discipline and sense of responsibilities as to portray a good examples to others.
• Duties and responsibilities of Labour Controller shall not be limited to the above mentioned and shall be subjected to additional task as assigned/delegated by the Management/Immediate Superior from time to time.
