Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Contracts, Finance and Site teams.
  • Prepare, print, scan, file and maintain project documents.
  • Assist QS in preparing documents for tenders, quotations and project submissions.
  • Liaise with site staff, suppliers and subcontractors on documentation matters.
  • Assist in preparing project summaries & reports.
  • Track and follow up on document submissions and approvals.
  • Prepare letters, memos and other administrative documents.
  • Perform general office administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a construction company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good filing, document control, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience handling construction project documentation is an added advantage.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Work Location: In person
