Tanggungjawab

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Migrate data and staff information from physical sources to HRIS.
  • Assist in the maintenance of HC database and record management.
  • Consolidate information for HC database and reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support HC initiatives.
  • Prepare relevant HC documents using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Assist in daily office operation work (e.g. filing, photocopies, telephone, and other tasks as required).
  • Assume responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Specification:

  • Basic Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management with HR emphasis, or related fields.
  • Experience: Must be currently seeking a Bachelor Degree or Diploma.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interactive communication skills.
  • Able to follow instructions, creative, independent, detail-oriented, and proactive.

We are looking for candidates who are available to start in July/August 2026.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
