Job description:

• Provide day-to-day technical system support and troubleshooting for IT-related issue.
• Provide installation, maintenance, and management of Company’s hardware and applications, e.g., phone system, key card system, WIFI, computers, printer, CCTV etc.
• Assist in liaise with operation retail to resolve IT services issues (During Operation hours) and provide full support.
• Assist in creating and implementing IT operation and security policies.
• Setup IT equipment, create Company email and software for new and existing staff.
• Support user Navision system.
• Perform ad-hoc IT Task.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Degree in Computer Technology or equivalent.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Have experience in Navision system.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• With Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in IT support role.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/ Computer – Hardware/ Software.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Entry level candidates are welcome.
• Able to work independent with min supervision

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
