Role Description

The Business Development Executive is a full-time, fully remote position. This is a highly lucrative, performance-based role designed for self-motivated go-getters who want their compensation to directly reflect their execution and results.

Your core focus will be identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective traders, and driving the growth of FundedXyz’s funded trading programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, managing the sales pipeline, conducting virtual meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. The Business Development Executive will also support account management activities, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance trader acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Actively identify, qualify, and engage prospective traders and partners through outbound strategies and digital channels.
• Presentations & Pitching: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to clearly communicate FundedXyz’s value proposition, risk frameworks, and scaling opportunities.
• Relationship & Account Management: Nurture long-term relationships with acquired traders and partners to maximize retention and program lifetime value.
• Data & CRM Maintenance: Keep meticulous records of all interactions, pipeline stages, and performance metrics within our CRM tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align acquisition strategies with current market demands.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in New Business Development and Lead Generation, ideally within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Industry Acumen: Solid understanding of business fundamentals, fintech, financial services, or proprietary/crypto trading ecosystems.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex trading infrastructure simply and build deep trust.
• Drive & Autonomy: Highly disciplined, organized, and thrive in a remote, performance-driven environment where your earning potential is directly tied to your success.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, sales productivity tools, and comfort analyzing data/performance metrics.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in prop trading or brokerage business development is a massive advantage.
• Language: Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a strong asset.
